Prestwood Community Care has provided care services to people in their own homes since 1995. Whether your needs are short or long term, our staff will be there to help you with a smile. As home care providers, we offer first class homecare services to help ladies and gentleman in their own home and help them to stay independent.

We can help in many different ways. For example by providing a little extra assistance with day to day activities including helping with personal care, household tasks, or providing companionship. We can also assist people who have more specialised requirements including round the clock care. Or we can be there just when you need us. For example providing help when you come out of hospital, visiting you when you need reassurance or have a health concern.

We apply the same high standard of expertise and skill to all our services. Above all, our services are delivered with warmth, friendliness and respect for the individual needs and wishes of clients. We would be delighted to show you round our two premises – Prestwood House and The Coach House – or to visit you to discuss your individual requirements for nursing, residential or other care services. Our services are designed with you the client in mind and can be tailored to suit the way you wish to live your life, put simply they can be a short ad-hoc service or an in-depth package of care and support.
