Beverley W (Wife of Resident)

My husband recently spent 9 days respite at the Coach House while I was on holiday. On return from my holiday, I was pleasantly surprised to find my husband happy, smiling and looking very relaxed. On questioning, he said that he had enjoyed being at The Coach House. He said that the staff were very

good and the food was excellent. I asked jokingly if this meant that I could go away again soon to which he said I could and he would be happy to return to the Coach House.

I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done to make my husband feel so welcome and comfortable. When using other nursing homes previously my husband has never really been keen to return but accepts that I need a break from time to time to recharge my batteries.
Seeing him so happy and relaxed on my return has given me great peace of mind which I am grateful for and we will definitely be using this nursing home again.
